Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the company’s day-to-day operations, construction projects, project execution, teams, vendors and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, with high-quality standards and in compliance with safety and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall construction and company operations. Manage multiple projects from planning and execution to completion and handover. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors. Monitor project timelines, milestones, manpower and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and schedules. Control construction costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. Manage procurement of construction materials and coordinate with suppliers. Negotiate with contractors, vendors and service providers. Ensure proper utilisation and tracking of materials, manpower and machinery. Monitor quality of construction work and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Ensure implementation of health, safety and environmental standards at all project sites. Resolve site-level operational, technical and manpower-related issues. Review daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports and MIS. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and government/local authorities. Lead, motivate and evaluate the performance of project and site teams. Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for project execution. Support management in business development, new project opportunities and strategic planning. Participate in client meetings, project review meetings and commercial negotiations. Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, labour requirements and company policies. Report overall project and operational performance directly to the senior management. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or a related field preferred. 10–15+ years of relevant experience in construction, real estate or infrastructure. Strong experience in handling multiple construction projects and teams. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, contractors, vendors and procurement. Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, project planning and MIS reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines. Strong commercial and cost-control understanding. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
