Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Use innovative teaching strategies, storytelling, phonics, activities, and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records, report cards, and academic documentation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage classroom discipline while encouraging active participation.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial instruction.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and behavior.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to improve teaching practices.
- Adhere to school policies, safety guidelines, and academic standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International school.
- Experience teaching Primary Grades (1–5) is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Proficiency in phonics and language development techniques.
- Creative lesson planning and activity-based teaching.

Pay: ₹10,603.47 - ₹34,185.06 per month
