This position is focused on recruitment activities for marine/merchant navy hiring. The selected candidate will receive complete training in ship management recruitment processes.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English communication
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes
- Willingness to learn merchant navy and marine hiring domain
