# Job Description – Technical Sales Executive (Food Processing Machinery)

Job Summary
The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling food processing machinery and engineering solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
* Promote and sell food processing machinery and engineering solutions.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
* Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
* Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and client meetings.
* Coordinate with the Design, Projects, Production, and Service teams for technical support.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
* Follow up with customers from enquiry to order execution and after-sales support.
* Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Travel to customer sites for meetings, technical discussions, and business development.
Qualification
* MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Food Technology, or related field). Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Machinery Sales, or Food Processing Equipment Sales.(Fresher)
Required Skills
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of food processing machinery and industrial equipment.
* Ability to understand machine specifications and customer requirements.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
