Designation: Senior Executive – Medico-marketing and Medical Communication
Qualification : Ph.D/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/M.Pharm/Pharm.D with (2+ years of relevant experience)
Location: Chembur Mumbai (office based)
Key Responsibility Area (KRA) :
Scientific Content Development:
Create first drafts of scientific materials (slide decks, LBVs, HCP literature, training content, newsletters). Conduct literature search and extract evidence-based insights. Ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
Medico-Marketing Support:
Support campaigns, product launches, CMEs, and field-force training. Prepare FAQs, Q&A documents, and basic scientific narratives.
Advisory Boards & Meetings:
Attend ad boards to take notes and capture insights.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with guidance from seniors.
Track basic follow-ups and handovers.
Coordination & Compliance:
Liaise with design, QC, and PMO for timely delivery.
Follow internal SOPs, DFC processes, referencing standards, and compliance norms.
Maintain proper documentation and version history.
Key Skills:
Good literature search skill (Pubmed)
Strong scientific writing skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Basic client communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with referencing tools (Mendeley, Zotero, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
1. Content Delivery: Number of medico-marketing assets delivered within timelines.
2. Quality Score: % of content approved with ≤1 review cycle by client / internal reviewer.
3. Brand Alignment: Zero deviations from brand messaging, product positioning, or claims. 4. Scientific Accuracy: <2 QC/DFC errors per project.
5. Stakeholder Feedback: Marketing team satisfaction score (internal or client-based).
6. Timeliness: MoM drafted and circulated within defined TAT (24–72 hours).
7. Accuracy: Zero factual errors in MoM; clarity of insights captured.
8. Follow-Up Management: 100% action item tracking and closure within deadlines.
9. Meeting Coverage: Number of ad boards / expert meetings supported.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
