Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our freight forwarding and logistics services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight, sea freight, and logistics services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, importers, exporters, and corporate customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts
- Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to clients
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Strong network with exporters/importers is a plus
