Maintenance Associate Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work
- Inspect equipment, machines, and facilities regularly
- Fix electrical
- Maintain tools and maintenance equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure workplace safety and follow safety procedures
- Coordinate with vendors or technicians when needed
- Replace damaged parts, fixtures, or equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and facilities
- Report major issues to supervisors
