Job Title: Medical Social Worker
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Counseling
- Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients undergoing medical treatment.
- Assist patients in coping with illness, disability, trauma, and hospitalization.
- Support psychiatric and de-addiction patients through counseling and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation.
- Address social, emotional, and behavioral issues affecting patient well-being.
- Qualification: MSW (Social Worker / Psychology).
- Required experience: 0-2 Years
- Remuneration: As per norms
