Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end services related to GST, Trademark, and MSME compliances. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
GST Compliance:
- Registration for Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, and Private Limited companies
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annual GST Return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C)
- GST Amendment (name, address, business updates)
- GST Cancellation & Revocation
- GST Migration (VAT/Service Tax to GST)
- GST Advisory & Consultation
- LUT Filing for Exporters
- E-Way Bill & E-Invoicing support
- Compliance for E-commerce sellers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Trademark Services:
- Trademark Search & Consultation
- Filing Trademark Applications & Responses
- Handling Objections, Oppositions, and Renewal
- Trademark Assignment, Licensing, Rectification & Monitoring
- Litigation support in coordination with legal teams
MSME (Udyam) Services:
- MSME Registration & Certificate Updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in GST, Trademark & MSME compliance
- Knowledge of MCA filings, legal drafting, and IPR procedures is a plus
- Good communication skills in English & local language
- Proficiency in MS Office, GST portal, and Trademark portal
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
