Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per design, quality, and safety standards within the scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate interior site activities including civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Monitor work progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure availability of materials, labor, and equipment on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain daily site reports, material records, and attendance.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the site.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
- Proven experience in managing interior fit-out works
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, technical details, and execution procedures
- Ability to read and understand architectural & MEP drawings
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure
