Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- 6–10 years experience; 4+ years in AI/DL/NLP production.
- Proven experience in taking AI solutions from PoC to production.
- Strong Python, CS fundamentals, ML/DL/LLM expertise (classification, NER, QA, summarization).
- Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, spaCy.
- RESTful ML API development, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP, SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Production MLOps knowledge (monitoring, logging, versioning, rollback, cost/performance optimization).
- Excellent English communication; client interaction experience; mentoring skills.
