Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centered UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product functionality and user journeys.
- Create visually compelling digital assets, including web graphics, banners, marketing creatives, and brand-related materials.
- Conduct UX analysis, identify usability issues, and propose effective design solutions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Refine and optimize layouts, workflows, and design systems based on user feedback, testing results, and business objectives.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure design consistency across products by adhering to established design guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional team meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for Mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
