Position: Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email queries.
Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and returns.
Manage e-commerce orders and update order records.
Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and feedback follow-up.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Language: Hindi & English
Skills: Basic Computer, Email & Chat Handling
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (as per experience)
Timing: 09 AM – 6 PM (6 days working)
