We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
