Ayuda Organics is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries from WhatsApp, website, social media, and phone calls. The candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, guiding customers about products, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through:
- Phone calls
- WhatsApp
- Instagram & Facebook
- Website leads
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable organic grocery and wellness products.
- Convert inquiries into orders through proper communication and follow-up.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with store and delivery teams for order processing.
- Follow up with pending inquiries and repeat customers.
- Handle basic customer complaints and provide support.
- Share product offers, combo deals, and promotional information with customers.
- Maintain professional and polite communication at all times.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer and typing knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Basic understanding of sales and follow-up process.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or retail.
- FMCG, grocery, e-commerce, or organic products experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary + performance incentives based on lead conversion and sales.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
