Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure a healthy runway.Product Development: Oversee the creation of the product roadmap. Participate directly in customer discovery, prototyping, and iterating based on early user feedback to achieve product-market fit.Team Building & Culture: Recruit the founding team, make strategic early hires, and establish a resilient, high-performance company culture.Sales & Marketing: Drive the go-to-market strategy, lead early-stage sales, and manage initial customer relationships to prove market demand.Operations & Admin: Handle foundational legal, compliance, and administrative tasks to legally structure and protect the growing business.
