Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Sales & Admission to manage and guide our Admission Executive team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving conversions, and ensuring overall performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Admission Executives
- Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Track lead conversion and revenue performance
- Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback
- Maintain reports and coordinate with management
- Handle escalations and support in closing important leads
Requirements
- Any Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling (Admission)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
