Position Overview
We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to manage both back-end and front-end development. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing WordPress themes and plugins, site integration, and maintaining security and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites using themes (e.g., Divi, Elementor, Avada) and plugins.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, compliant HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP to extend WordPress core capabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance, security, speed optimization, and responsive design across all platforms.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs, perform regular core/plugin updates, and manage website migrations and backups.
Required Profile
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress architecture, themes, and database structure.
- Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience, or a completed professional internship/live project portfolio for entry-level applicants.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently during early morning hours.
