Transition Managers function as technical project managers and serve as the single point of contact and accountability during an implementation project. They support both clients and internal teams with technology-related planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all technical activities required for new, upgraded, or enhanced client platforms - from contract signature through technical live or decommissioning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal partners to ensure timely, high-quality platform delivery.
- Validate contract-to-delivery alignment to ensure what is delivered matches what was agreed with the client.
- Enable operational readiness by coordinating activities such as pre-live disaster recovery tests, backups, and monitoring.
- Work with the stakeholders on hardware-related needs, including storage capacity and CPU increases.
