Roles & Responsibilities:
→ Analyse complex datasets to uncover actionable insights & business opportunities
→ Build, train & deploy ML/AI models that solve real-world problems at scale
→ Develop and maintain data pipelines for collection, cleaning & transformation
→ Create compelling dashboards & visualisations for stakeholders
→ Collaborate with product, engineering & business teams on data-driven strategies
→ Conduct A/B testing & statistical analysis to validate experiments
→ Monitor & continuously improve model performance and accuracy
→ Stay current with the latest research and bring cutting-edge techniques to the team
You Are:
→ A curious, self-driven learner with 2–3 years of data science experience
→ Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch) ✅ Must Have
→ Strong in Statistics, Probability & Mathematical Modelling ✅ Must Have
→ Experienced with SQL and large-scale databases
→ Familiar with Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
→ A great communicator who can translate data into business language
→ Ready to work onsite in Noida in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
→ Cloud experience — AWS SageMaker, GCP BigQuery, or Azure ML
→ Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI / LLMs
→ Exposure to MLOps — MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow
