Job Description:
Zanaya Holidays is looking for a passionate and experienced Holiday & Visa Advisor – Sales Executive to join our growing travel team in Kochi.
The ideal candidate should have experience in holiday package sales, customer handling, and visa processing. Candidates must have good destination knowledge and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Assist clients with travel planning, holiday packages, and travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options.
- Process ticket reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
- Assist customers with visa information, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in flight ticketing or the travel industry.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
