Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective B2B customers, presenting EnvMart’s sustainable industrial solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily activities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and gathering market feedback to support business development and improve EnvMart’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to understand technical and industrial products and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
- Experience in eCommerce, industrial supplies, or climate/sustainability-related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM software, basic data analysis, and reporting tools to manage accounts and track performance.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and an interest in sustainability and climate tech solutions.
