Kumaran Oil Company has been a leader in the industry for over 35 years. We operate two coconut copra crushing units and are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Monitoring: Oversee daily operations across two crushing units to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Logistics Oversight: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods; verify vehicle weights and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate daily and monthly stock records using MS Excel.
- Manpower Management: Manage and coordinate schedules for casual laborers and loadmen.
- Operational Safety: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the floor.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Shift Work: Must be willing to work in 3 rotating shifts on a weekly basis.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
- Experience: Freshers can preferred.
- Qualification : B.Com, Diploma, BBM (ANY Degree can Apply)
