Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying suitable land/locations as per project requirements
- Conducting site surveys and feasibility checks
- Negotiating terms and rental/lease agreements with landowners
- Coordinating documentation and agreement execution
- Liaising with local authorities for approvals and compliance
- Maintaining land records and agreement database
- Resolving land-related disputes or issues
