Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize and design static and motion creatives for Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn,
and YouTube
● Edit short-form videos and reels with transitions, effects, text animations, and
audio syncing
● Create storyboards, graphic templates, and thumbnail designs
● Adapt brand identity across different design projects
● Collaborate with content, strategy, and performance teams to deliver campaign
assets
● Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects with attention to detail and creativity
● Stay updated with current design trends, editing styles, and social platform best
practices
Required Skill Set:
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator)
● Experience in video editing for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.
● Strong aesthetic sense for layout, typography, and color
● Knowledge of social media formats and platform-specific design guidelines
● Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes
● Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Figma
Nice to Have:
● Animation skills (2D/3D or Lottie)
● Understanding of digital marketing metrics and how creatives impact
performance
● Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or handling multiple
brands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
