Job Summary:
Suryabala Autos Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Ather EV Showroom in Erode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing showroom operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage daily showroom sales activities and customer interactions.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct test ride campaigns and sales promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain MIS records.
- Coordinate with finance and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Train and develop showroom sales executives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in EV or two-wheeler sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
