1+ year of Customer Support Experience
Proficiency in the following skills:
o
Experience in basic computer Hardware & Networking knowledge and Microsoft Office (Like :- Word, Excel, & Power Point)
o
Experience in Accessing client PC through remote access software like TeamViewer, Ammyy, skype, etc.
o
Able to understand queries and resolve them in quick duration with a positive & confident attitude
o
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
o
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
o
Talking clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved
o
Experience of working with bug tracking software like JIRA
o
Preparing accurate and timely reports
o
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
o
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Working knowledge with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
