Key Responsibilities
- Analyze day-to-day operational processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and implement workflows using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Optimize existing processes to improve turnaround time and reduce manual effort
- Work closely with operations teams to understand real business challenges
- Use SQL for data extraction, reporting, and process analysis
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation workflows
- Document processes, workflows, and automation logic
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or automation roles
- Strong background in backend operations / BPO / process-driven roles
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data extraction)
- Good understanding of business workflows and process optimization
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Exposure to APIs and system integrations
- Basic understanding of data pipelines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
