We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join our academic team at our Kota center.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students preparing for NEET and JEE (Main/Foundation).
- Deliver engaging, concept-based, and result-oriented classroom lectures.
- Prepare comprehensive study material, assignments, worksheets, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and provide one-on-one academic support.
- Design and evaluate tests, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
- Guide students with exam strategies, time management, and problem-solving techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and previous year questions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience teaching Physics for NEET/JEE or Classes XI & XII is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual understanding of Physics.
- Excellent classroom presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Effective doubt-solving and mentoring skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in preparing academic content and test papers.
- Passion for teaching and student success.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools.
- Experience handling NEET/JEE batches will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
