We're a fast-growing D2C sports nutrition brand with our own manufacturing facility in Baddi, HP. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on e-commerce operations person to own our presence across the marketplaces — from listing creation to last-mile fulfillment. You'll work closely with our website backend and play a key role in scaling our online sales channels.
What You'll Own
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across marketplace platforms
- End-to-end order fulfillment management — coordinating with warehouse, logistics partners, and platforms to ensure on-time dispatch and minimal RTOs
- Manage Shopify store backend — product uploads, inventory sync, order processing, and basic troubleshooting
- Track and report key metrics — sell-through rate, cancellation %, return rate, listing health, and Buy Box performance
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all channels; raise replenishment requests proactively to avoid stockouts
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A on marketplaces; coordinate responses and flag product/packaging issues
- Handle catalog compliance — FSSAI labeling requirements, A+ content, image guidelines, and platform-specific listing rules

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
