Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Participate in system architecture, technical planning, and technology selection.
Identify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring application performance and scalability.
Guide the team in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, databases, REST APIs, and version control systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
