Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Key Account & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through a fair amount of calling, meetings, and by adding voice to our innovation, vision, and solutions effectively. Candidates should be enthusiastic about sales and building long-term relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
Reach out to potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct client calls and meetings to pitch company vision and innovations
Follow up with Clients regarding products, services, or feedback
Maintain and update customer records in the work flow
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify business opportunities
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle various client situations professionally
Enthusiastic about sales and relationship building
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative
Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or CRM (freshers can apply)
