About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecallers to lead to drive admissions, and ensure batch targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generating Walkins , Counselling and Coordination to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working in Leads shared by Channel Partner, Maintain regular engagement with existing enrolled students.
2. Admissions & Counselling Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions process Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Support documentation and admission closure process
3. Events & Outreach - Assist Outreach team in education fairs, job fairs, seminars, and career events Conduct promotional activities in colleges and institutions Generate leads through on-ground marketing initiatives
4. Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly admissions targets Share daily activity reports and weekly progress updates Maintain CRM / lead database accurately Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and negotiation ability Confidence in interactions and presentations Target-oriented mindset Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred .
Eligibility Criteria :
Any Graduate with strong communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
