This role goes far beyond traditional EA responsibilities — it is best suited for an ambitious, sharp individual with a problem-solving mindset, high ownership, and the ability to operate under minimal supervision. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to manage business priorities, track mission-critical projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help convert big ideas into structured execution.

Provide high-level business and administrative support to the Director and senior leadership.

Coordinate across internal teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks, presentations, and project deliverables

Support in research, content preparation, reporting, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders

Maintain and follow through on key priorities, confidential matters, travel plans, and calendar management.

Lead execution and communication for special projects, events, and internal initiatives ( emails, proposals, memos, and supporting documents, etc )

Prepare business summaries, dashboards, and industry insight reports as required.

Participate in external representation at events, conferences, industry forums, and government meetings.

Collaborate across marketing, partnerships, press relations, and operations to ensure alignment and progress.

Help manage external vendors, agencies, consultants, and partners to ensure deliverables and timelines.

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal systems, SOPs, and project tracking mechanisms.

Graduate from a Tier-1 business school OR MBA from a reputed institution

2–4 years of work experience in business operations, project management, consulting, or executive support

Exposure to e-commerce, digital agencies, or IT services is preferred

Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, project tracking tools, and professional communication

Prior experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership in fast-paced organizations

Exposure to managing cross-functional projects or handling high-stakes client/vendor coordination

Familiarity with internal communications, investor updates, or board-level reporting

Hands-on knowledge of tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com

Strong presentation aesthetics (experience in designing decks, using Canva, or PowerPoint animations)

Comfort with event coordination, external communications, and high-level travel planning

A proactive mindset with a knack for anticipating needs and streamlining processes

Interest or exposure to industries like digital marketing, loyalty, tech services, or brand activations
