Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the sales team. Set individual targets, monitor performance, and motivate staff to close deals. [1, 2]
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Help develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue and increase market share. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. [1]
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address and resolve high-level customer complaints effectively. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data trends, and assist the Sales Manager with budget tracking and forecasting. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Daily Operations: Delegate daily tasks, manage sales pipelines, and step in for the Sales Manager when necessary
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
