We are seeking qualified and industry-experienced professionals to join our academic team as Part-Time Faculty for the Hotel Management Department.
Subjects to Handle:
- Food Production
- Food & Beverage Management
- Housekeeping Operations
- Front Office Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Prepare and update lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned syllabus and academic activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance for skill enhancement.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and evaluation reports.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and academic development initiatives.
- Support students in career readiness and industry exposure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant industry experience and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and outcome-based learning.
