Position: Sales Manager
Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh
CTC: As per company standards and candidate’s previous CTC
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive business growth and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle the complete ecosystem financing portfolio.
- Promote and manage Personal Loans and Group Loans for contractors within the ecosystem.
- Drive Business Loan sourcing and disbursement for dealers.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence through dealer and contractor engagement.
- Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring collections and maintaining healthy repayment performance.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and channel partners to enhance business penetration.
- Generate leads through attending FCC meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, processing, and customer service delivery.
- Take ownership of business development, portfolio growth, and collection efficiency for the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of NBFC or Banking related experience.
- Preferred candidates from Vizag localities.
- Candidate must know Telugu and Hindi.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Age criteria: 23 to 32 years.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
