Freelance Video Editor — Medical Education Reels (Instagram)
I'm an orthopedic surgeon running a medical-education page on Instagram (~53,000 followers), and I'm looking for a reliable freelance video editor to help me publish one reel per day.
What you'll be editing
Short-form vertical (9:16) reels that mix AI-generated 3D anatomy animation with brief face-to-camera segments. Content is educational — explaining orthopedic conditions and procedures for a general Indian audience. Voiceovers are in Hinglish with English medical terms.
Your responsibilities
- Cut raw clips and animation into tight, engaging reels (typically 30–60 sec)
- Sync voiceover, add clean captions/subtitles, and pace edits for retention
- Add subtle transitions, music, and sound design where appropriate
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across every reel
- Deliver on a daily turnaround
What I'm looking for
- Proven short-form editing experience (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / TikTok) — portfolio required
- Comfortable in CapCut (or equivalent); fast and consistent
- Good eye for pacing and readable captions
- Reliable daily availability and quick communication
- Bonus: comfort with Hindi/Hinglish captioning and any health/education content experience
