Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), CXOs, Heads of Administration, and Facility Managers.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company and schedule client meetings.
- Client Meetings & Presentations
- Visit client locations to present our design services and project portfolio, if required
- Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Proposal Management
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and revisions.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or a client-facing sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
