Production & Assembly Representative
When you’re producing state-of-the-art technology configured to customer specifications, attention to detail is key. And that’s exactly what our Production and Assembly team delivers. We recognize, identify, load and install all parts according to the customer’s specifications and requirements, while performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations. We’re proud to be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the assembly, kitting and boxing process.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Representative, you will learn core production skills and assist with basic assembly and packaging tasks. You will follow standard operating procedures and seek guidance to complete assignments safely. You will build foundational habits in accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

You will:
- Assist with basic assembly, kitting and boxing tasks
- Follow SOPs, visual aids and supervisor direction
- Keep work area tidy and comply with safety/ESD rules
- Ask questions and learn from mentors to build skills

Essential Requirements
- 0+ years of related experience
- Interest in production/assembly and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and ask for guidance when needed
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness and documentation basics
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Desirable Requirements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, ESD, OSHA 10) and/or cross-training across assembly, kitting and boxing
