Job Summary
We are hiring a Technical Sales Engineer with experience in the Machine Tools Industry for Bangalore and Pune locations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of VMC, CNC Machines, Sheet Metal Cutting Machines, Rotary Tables, Grinding Machines, and related industrial products, along with hands-on experience in technical sales / industrial sales / B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the machine tools / industrial equipment segment
- Handle technical sales, client meetings, product presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions related to VMC, CNC, Sheet Metal Cutting, Rotary Tables, Grinding Machines, etc.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with manufacturing clients, OEMs, and industrial customers
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer database / sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, service support, and customer satisfaction
Required Candidate Profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3–4 years in technical sales / machine tools sales / industrial sales
Strong knowledge of:
- VMC
- CNC Machines
- Sheet Metal Cutting Machines
- Rotary Tables
- Grinding Machines
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Must be comfortable working independently
