We are looking for a Hotel Revenue Executive who understands hotel pricing, occupancy, online distribution, and revenue optimisation. The person will be responsible for monitoring hotel performance, analysing market and competitor rates, and implementing pricing strategies that maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall online revenue.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, hotel data, OTAs, and dynamic pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily hotel performance including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, bookings, cancellations, and pickup.
- Manage and optimise room rates across OTAs, direct channels, and other online distribution platforms.
- Analyse competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, events, holidays, and local market trends.
- Recommend and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand and availability.
- Monitor booking pace and identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Manage rate plans, promotions, discounts, packages, restrictions, minimum-stay rules, and inventory.
- Analyse OTA performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and visibility.
- Work closely with the hotel operations, sales, reservations, and distribution/channel management teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports.
- Identify periods of low demand and develop strategies to stimulate bookings.
- Identify high-demand periods and optimise pricing to maximise RevPAR.
- Track competitor rates and maintain a clear understanding of the hotel's market positioning.
- Use revenue-management software, PMS, channel managers, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate pricing and inventory across distribution channels.
- Continuously test pricing and promotional strategies and measure their impact.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution, OTA management, or hotel sales.
- Good understanding of ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, room nights, pickup, cancellation rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Experience working with OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.
- Familiarity with PMS and Channel Manager systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to interpret hotel performance data and turn it into actionable pricing decisions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hotel accounts.
Good to Have
- Experience with hotel revenue-management systems.
- Experience managing revenue for multiple hotels simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.
- Experience with hotel PMS/channel-manager platforms.
- Hospitality, hotel management, travel & tourism, or business-related education.
- Familiarity with AI-powered revenue-management tools and analytics.
