What we are looking ?
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the packaging industry, especially paper bags, is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in B2B product based businesses.
- Experienced in International market and sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
