We’re looking for an new/ experienced Travel Consultant who can confidently manage Domestic & International travel inquiries, understand client needs, and craft customized travel experiences, Multimedia marketing . Key Responsibilities
- B2B & B2C sales — Generate new business across corporate, retail, and direct customer channels
- Lead conversion — Manage inbound & outbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Multi‑channel communication — Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and promote via multimedia channels.
- Holiday package promotion — Promote Domestic & International travel products
- Client relationship management — Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts
- Customized travel planning — Design tailored itineraries including tours, cruises, luxury holidays, visas, and group travel
- Quotation & itinerary preparation — Prepare proposals, quotations, and detailed travel plans
- Sales target achievement — Meet monthly and quarterly sales promotion goals
- Upselling travel services — Recommend additional travel products and upgrades
- Supplier coordination — Work with operations teams and service providers to ensure smooth execution
- CRM management — Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Market trend monitoring — Track competitor pricing, customer preferences, and industry trends
- Customer support — Deliver exceptional service before and after booking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5+ years experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or Tour Operations
- Strong knowledge of Domestic & International destinations
- Experience with Customized Packages & Fixed Departure Group Tours
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings
- Understanding of visa processes and travel documentation
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a startup environment
- Information technology knowledge is essential

Work Location: Hybrid
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
