We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our team as a Travel Consultant for our Kochi branch. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of the travel industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and bookings
- Provide information about tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with team members for smooth travel operations
