Role Summary
The Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring
safety systems across factory production and site erection activities, ensuring
compliance with EHS standards and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement safety procedures and site safety plans
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments
- Monitor lifting operations, working-at-height activities, and heavy equipment usage
- Ensure PPE compliance and accident prevention measures
- Conduct safety audits and maintain EHS documentation
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate statutory compliance related to construction safety
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction and precast site safety
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Safety documentation and compliance management
- Good communication and training capabilityQualification
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Safety Engineering
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
