At Roswalt Realty, we are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Process Coordinator who can ensure smooth execution of processes, drive strong follow-ups, and maintain operational discipline across teams.
Role Overview
The Process Coordinator will act as the central point of control for process execution, ensuring all tasks, workflows, and SOPs are followed accurately and completed within timelines. This role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Coordination & Execution
- Monitor day-to-day workflows and ensure adherence to defined processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth task execution
- Maintain discipline in process timelines and deliverables
2. Follow-Ups & Stakeholder Management
- Take consistent follow-ups on pending tasks, approvals, and activities
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely closures
- Drive accountability across teams
3. Auditing & Tracking
- Track tasks, identify delays, and maintain accurate records
- Conduct routine checks to ensure process compliance
- Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel / Google Sheets
4. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify gaps or delays in execution
- Escalate issues proactively to management
- Ensure timely resolution of process-related challenges
Candidate Profile

✔ Confident personality with strong command and presence
Experience: Freshers & candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
