Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Retail Office Administrator to join our team. This role is the "backbone" of our store operations, ensuring that all backend data, financial documents, and inventory records are accurate and up-to-date. You will primarily focus on managing our Point of Sale (POS) system data and auditing vendor invoices to ensure our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- POS Data Management: Accurately enter and update product information, pricing, and inventory adjustments into the POS system.
- Invoice Auditing: Review and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts to identify discrepancies.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files for all store transactions and expenses. Verifying transaction via provided camera access.
- Inventory Support: Assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with system records to minimize shrinkage.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding billing errors or missing documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience: experience in an administrative or data entry role, ideally within a retail environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets) and experience with POS software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and a "keen eye" for catching errors in financial documents.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with the floor team and vendors.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday : 8 hours shift/day
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
