Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and present interior solutions.
· Coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and quotations.
· Manage client relationships from inquiry to project closure.
· Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements:
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Sales or business development experience preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
· Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
