Role Summary
Looking for a warm, creative, and child-friendly teacher for Nursery/LKG/UKG classes. The teacher should create an engaging, safe, and activity-based learning environment for children aged 3–6 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities
- Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, phonics, rhymes, storytelling, and motor skills
- Use play-way and experiential learning methods
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive behavior
- Track child development and learning progress
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children
- Participate in school events, trainings, and meetings
Skills Required
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Creativity, patience, and nurturing attitude
- Knowledge of early childhood education methods
- Activity-based teaching approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
